Oversee Care was founded in 2019 because too many patients were traveling for complex care and paying the price of going alone. Wrong hospitals, unvetted providers, poor outcomes, unconfirmed diagnoses, unexpected bills, and no one accountable when things went wrong.

We have spent years navigating thousands of patients through cancer, cardiac surgery, transplants, burns, complex neurosurgery, complex pediatrics, and trauma across the Caribbean and Latin America. We sat with families in waiting rooms. We made calls at midnight. We saw exactly where the system failed people and decided that was no longer acceptable.

Today we serve patients, families, insurers, and employers across the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States. Every case receives physician-led review. Every price is pre-negotiated before you travel. Every patient has a named navigator and someone to reach from first call to full recovery.
